Do you charge for consultations?

No! Consutlations are free, and emails are answered twice a week. Fill out the form on the Contact page to see about pricing and scheduling.

What are your rates?

Rates will always be determined by the tattoo design, size, and placement as I typically price by the piece. A consultation is the best way to determine a price. Large scale pieces are priced at half-day ($700) or full-day ($1400) rates.

How can I book an appointment?

The Contact form starts the consultation process. We will talk design, finalize a price, and decide on a date. A deposit of $200 secures the space, and we wait until the day we get to do cool tattoos.

Do you use numbing cream?

Unforuntately for you, my friend, I do not! I am always trying to maintain the integrity of the tattoo and the healing process, and I have seen negative outcomes.

Aftercare

When you leave the shop, I have likely sent you out with a clear bandage called Derm Shield. This is a latex-free, water-resistant bandage. It can be worn in the shower, under clothes, etc. You will see fluids build up underneath the bandage. You can leave this bandage on between one and four days. REMOVE EARLY IF:

You notice redness around the edges of the bandage or experience any irritation.

You see fluids (blood/plasma and ink) leaking out of the edges of the Derm Shield.

The edges peel up to the point of exposing the tattoo.

After removing the bandage in the shower, wash your tattoo with clean hands using unscented hand soap. Let the tattoo air dry, and apply a thin layer of unscented white lotion. Wash your tattoo two to three times a day for 14-18 days (clean hands only!), let air dry, and apply lotion to keep the tattoo lightly moisturized. During the healing process, avoid:

Intense exercise, swimming, soaking the tattoo in water, direct exposure to sunlight,

letting your kids touch it, letting your dogs lick it, letting your cats scratch it,

letting your drunk friend slap it, etc!
